BarCamp Phnom Penh wiki

Just less than 10 days after announcing our online registration, there are almost 60 people registered to attend BarCamp Phnom Penh. The conference hall at Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) can host up to 400 people although we target only half of that amount.

On other front, our BarCamp planners are now working to produce media kits, such as some cool stickers, badges, and T-shirts.

Meanwhile, this is let everyone knows that our wiki page (user edited page) is here. We’ll be using the wiki page to plan, organize, and run the BarCamp. You can now find that there is new page called ‘Accommodation,’ where you can let us know if you can share places to stay for our BarCamp fellows coming from outside Phnom Penh and Cambodia.

Aside from our registration page, I’ve also created a new page that deals with questions and answers, mainly Frequently Asked Question (FAQ), about BarCamp Phnom Penh.

What to wear and what to bring?
T-shirt and jeans would be fine. And of course, bring your own laptop.

As an individual, how could I help BarCamp? Phnom Penh?
What you can do is to:

  • tell your friends about BarCamp Phnom Penh.
  • link to our BarCamp Phnom Penh blog, which is available on the Internet at: http://barcampphnompenh.org/
  • Last but not least, if you’d like suggest more topics to present or be demonstrated, please click here.

Should you have any question, please send us an email.
